Appellant, Luis E. Garcia (“Garcia”), filed a complaint against appéllee, Copenhaver, Bell & Associates, M.D.’s, P.A.. (“Copenháver/Bell”), alleging Copenhaver/Bell discriminated against him on the basis of age in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634 (1994).
