*13 {¶ 1} These two appeals, which we consolidate for decision, arise out of the same underlying facts. In each case, appellant, Craig A. Cowan, filed a complaint for a writ of mandamus against appellee, Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Judge Shannon M. Gallagher. The Eighth District Court of Appeals denied both requested writs. We affirm.
