BENKE, J.
Appellant Albert Nava was convicted by jury of two counts of robbery (Pen. Code,2 § 211), one count of petty theft (§§ 484/488), one count of assault (§ 240) and one count of assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury (§ 245, subd. (a)(1)). The jury also found true with regard to the conviction for assault appellant had inflicted great bodily injury. (§ 12022.7.) The trial court, after waiver of jury trial on the issue, found true an allegation appellant had suffered a prior felony conviction *1492within the meaning of sections 667, subdivision (a), and 1192.7,…
