Affirming-
This is the third installment of the 1937 Leslie county sheriff’s race before this Court. Appellant, Gr. W. Eevis, was the successful candidate in the Republican primary for sheriff of Leslie county in 1937. One of the defeated candidates in that race, I. M. Wooton, sought to have his name placed upon the ballot in the regular election as an Independent candidate for sheriff.
