Affirming.

Appellant, plaintiff below, challenged the results of a local option election held in Boyd County on October 2, 1943. Appellees .are members of the County Election Commission, defendants below, and Caris T. Long, permitted to defend. KRS 242.120. His pleading was in the nature of intervening petition, answer, counterclaim and cross-petition, in which he denied and set up grounds of counter contest.
