Affirming.

Appellant, Mary Susan Graves, filed this action in October, 1935, to get possession of a tract of land occupied and claimed by appellee, Dallas Dillingham, and to recover damages for rentals and profits from the land. The Federal Land Bank of Louisville was made a party to the action by amended petition because of its mortgage on the land in Dillingham’s possession, and J. R.
