Plaintiff brought this action against Glenn County and the Glenn-Colusa Irrigation District for damages for the wrongful death of her husband and son. General and special demurrers by the district to the second amended complaint were sustained without leave to amend, and judgment was entered in its favor.1 Plaintiff moved to set aside the judgment upon the grounds of mistake, inadvertence, surprise and excusable neglect.
