I. INTRODUCTION
On December 28, 2006, plaintiffs Ramona Roberson, Janice Fayhee, Jacqueline Beirnes, Harold Tolliver, James McCrink, Matt Clark, and Larry Kolko (collectively, the “plaintiffs”) filed this lawsuit against Christina School District (the “District”). The complaint was amended twice subsequent to the initial filing.
