This action was brought by plaintiff, as a taxpayer of the city of San Bernardino, to obtain a judgment against the defendants to the effect that a certain contract which had been entered into between them for the furnishing of illuminating light to the city of San Bernardino was void. A general demurrer to the complaint was sustained. Judgment followed for defendants and plaintiff appeals.
