Plaintiffs JoAnn Snyder (“Plaintiff’) and Larry Snyder appeal a district court order granting Defendants’ 12(b)(6) and 12(b)(1) motions to dismiss their various constitutional and Ohio tort law claims. Defendants in this case are the United States, Special Agent Chris Giordano of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), the City of Cincinnati, and Officer Jason O’Brien of the Cincinnati Police Department (“CPD”).
