This is an action brought pursuant to sections 205(g), 221(d) and 1631(c)(3) of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g), 421(d) & 1383(c)(3), for judicial review of a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare (“the Secretary”) denying plaintiff’s applications for disability insurance benefits and for supplemental security income (“SSI”).
