COLE, Judge.
In this case, we shall decide whether the Workmen’s Compensation Act (the Act) permits an employee to sue his employer for a deliberate, intentional injury where the injury is caused by the reckless, wanton or wilful misconduct of the employer resulting in unsafe working conditions.
