Before this Court for decision is a Complaint Objecting to Discharge (the “Complaint”) filed by M-R Sullivan Manufacturing Company, Inc. (the “Company” or the “Plaintiff’) against Michael R. Sullivan (“Sullivan”) and Kathleen J. Sullivan (collectively, the “Debtors”). 1 Whether Sullivan, by his assignment of certain of the Company’s patent rights, committed a defalcation under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4), or a “willful and malicious injury” under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6), was the subject of an earlier opinion issued by this Court on the parties’…
