GORTON, District Judge.

On October 29,1999, this Court reversed the Summary Judgment of the United States Bankruptcy Court in favor of Attorney Carl E. Baylis (“Baylis” or “Appellee”) and entered Summary Judgment in favor of appellants, Constance B. Rutanen, Ella Quevillon, by and for the Estate of Robert S. Quevillon, 1 and Theresa J. Alexander (together, “the Appellants”).
