Before the Court is an “Amended Complaint for Determination that Debt is Non-dischargeable” filed by plaintiffs John Moore (“Mr. Moore”) and Melanie Moore (“Ms. Moore”) (jointly the “Plaintiffs”) against the debtor/defendant, John F. Murphy, Jr. (the “Debtor”).
