This action was brought by the plaintiff against the Smith Bros. Sheep' Company, a corporation, and J. Stanley Smith, its president, to recover damages for willfully, maliciously and forcibly removing the plaintiff’s household effects from the dwelling-house standing upon lands leased by him from the corporation. Since the cause of action accrued J. Stanley Smith has died, and his widow, as executrix of his last will and testament, has been substituted as a defendant.
