This is an action for the recovery of damages, actual and exemplary, for alleged conversion of personal property, alleged to have been converted unlawfully, wilfully, wrongfully, maliciously and oppressively.
The complaint states two causes of action for different alleged conversions of different lots of property. On his first cause of action, plaintiff asked judgment for actual damages in the sum of $1,268.07 and for exemplary damages in the sum of $750.
