OPINION OF THE COURT

FELDER, Judge:

In accordance with his plea of guilty, the accused was convicted of bribery and wrongful possession of marihuana in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for two months, forfeiture of two hundred dollars per month for two months and reduction to Private (E-l). The convening authority approved the sentence.
