Kidd Communications appeals an FCC decision approving a transfer of Kidd’s radio station license to Paradise Broadcasting, Inc., from whom Kidd originally purchased the station. The transfer was effected in two steps pursuant to a California state court order: first an involuntary assignment from Kidd to a trustee, and then the trustee’s voluntary assignment to Paradise.
