Barger, brought this action against Jackson, Tennessee Hospital Company, LLC, doing business as Regional Hospital of Jackson (“Regional”), on November 21, 2013, alleging violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (the “FMLA”), 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq.
