Plaintiff and defendant were husband and wife from the time of their marriage in 1936 until June 17, 1954, when defendant husband was granted a divorce. In this action plaintiff attacks generally a property settlement made by these parties in contemplation of the divorce. The petition contains three counts. In the first, plaintiff seeks to set aside certain deeds whereby her interest in their home (held as tenants by the entireties) was conveyed to a straw party and after the divorce conveyed by said party to defendant.
