This is an appeal by defendant (appellant) from a judgment for plaintiff (respondent) against defendant in the resultant sum of $1,924. The cause was tried to the court, as a jury waived case, on issues formed by plaintiff’s first amended petition, defendant’s answer and first amended counterclaim, and plaintiff’s amended reply to defendant’s answer and first amended counterclaim.
