The question involved in this case is, whether a real estate agent is entitled to recover commissions from the owner who executed a written contract of sale with the purchaser, procured by him.
On October 15, 1948, Alexandra Parker and John J. Parker, her husband, hereinafter called “vendors,” agreed to sell, and D. B.
