MEMORANDUM OPINION
SMALKIN, Chief Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on the motion of the defendants, Forest Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Forest”), Philip Scholl (“Mr. Scholl”), and Troy Sheldon (“Mr. Sheldon”), for summary judgment. Forest, a Missouri corporation, is a manufacturer and distributor of prescription pharmaceutical products. Messrs. Scholl and Sheldon are and were, at all relevant times, employees of Forest. The plaintiff, Cynthia Lewis (“Ms. Lewis”), a citizen of Maryland and former employee of Forest, is seeking relief for alleged gender and retaliatory discrimination in…
