QUARLES, District Judge.

Helaine M. Jeffers (“MsJeffers”), a federal employee, sued her employer, Tommy G. Thompson, Secretary, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (“HHS”), for alleged discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended (“Title VIP), 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e through 2000e-17, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 633a.
