The National Labor Relations Board (the “Board”) petitions this court for enforcement of its order against Harvstone Manufacturing Corp. (“Harvstone”), Duray Fluorescent Manufacturing Co. (“Duray”), American Fluorescent Corp. (“American”) and House-O-Lite Corp. (“House-O-Lite”) (collectively the “Respondents”). This action arises out of unfair labor practice charges filed against the Respondents by Local 134, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (the “Union”).
