Plaintiff brought this action for declaratory relief and for an injunction to prevent execution sale of property claimed by her as a homestead. Prom a judgment for plaintiff, defendant appeals.
The cause was tried on a stipulation of facts. In substance they are as follows: Prior to October 22, 1958, plaintiff and Donald R. MeGaffey were husband and wife. The husband died some time prior to the trial of this action.
