I. INTRODUCTION
This is a civil rights action arising out of the termination of the plaintiff, Sandra Peterson, from her employment as an instructor at Bismarck State College on March 31, 2000. Before the Court is the defendants’ motion for dismissal pursuant to Rule 12 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
