Affirming.

This action requires a review of a trial before a jury involving the death of one, and the injury of three yonng men while traveling in an automobile which collided with a telephone pole maintained by the Southern Bell Telephone & Telegraph Company on Main street in the city of Corbin, with the knowledge of the city.
