Richard Chen brought an action against the Profit Sharing Plan of Dr. Donald H. Bohne, DDS, P. A., by and through Dr. Donald H. Bohne, DDS, as its trustee (“the Profit Sharing Plan”), seeking (in relevant part) damages stemming from the Profit Sharing Plan’s alleged conversion of collateral worth substantially more than amounts due on the underlying debt.
