On July 13, 2001, the court held a hearing on the motions for partial summary judgment of First Family Financial Services, Inc., Associates Financial Services of America, Inc., and Associates Home Equity Services, Inc., (collectively, “Associates”), and the Committee of Investors Holding Unsecured Claims (“Committee”).
