Smith, against the appellants, M. 0, Danciger, a resident of Wichite county, Tex., the Oriental Oil Company, a private domestic corporation with its principal office in Dallas, Dallas county, Tex., and the Emerich Oil Company, a private foreign corporation, authorized to transact its business within the state of Texas, whose president is J.
