John C. Reynolds, an employee of the State Roads Commission, become ill while engaged in the performance of his duties and was taken from the place where he was at work to his home at Rockland, in Baltimore County, in his employer’s truck. The chauffeur left him on the seat of the truck, which-had stopped in front of his house, and went in for help. When he returned, he found Mr. Reynolds had fallen from his position, and was dead.
