The widow of Michael Mishowiak, a dead employee of the Bethlehem Steel Company, the employer and self-insurer, having her claim for compensation first rejected by the State Industrial Accident Commission, and then by the Baltimore City Court on an appeal, has brought to this court the question whether there is legally sufficient evidence on the record that the employee’s death was the result of an accidental injury which arose out of and in the course of his employment.
