This was an action on the following contract:

“Agreement.
“This agreement, made by and between R. C. Mason, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Harold McGugin, of Coffeyville, Kansas, witnesseth:.“That whereas, R. C. Mason is involved in a lawsuit in the federal court for the eastern district of the state of Oklahoma, in a suit over what is known as the Mondy Yargee lease in the Cushing field, and Harold McGugin is <me of the attorneys for Mrs. Jackson Barnett.
