MEMORANDUM OPINION

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendant Intel Corporation’s (“Defendant”) July 28, 2006 motion to strike (Doc. No. 16), Defendant’s September 12, 2006 Daubert motion (Doc. No. 27), Defendant’s November 15, 2006 motion for summary judgment (Doc. No. 35), and Plaintiff Robert Farris’ (“Plaintiff’) November 20, 2006 motion for partial summary judgment (Doc. No. 37).
