This case comes before us on petition of the National Labor Relations Board for enforcement of its order against The Pembeck Oil Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the Company).1 The Trial Examiner found that the Company had violated § 8(a) (1), (3) and (5) of the National Labor Relations Act by 1) refusing to bargain with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America, Local Union No. 677 (hereinafter referred to as the Union), 2) bargaining directly with its employees, 3) causing them to repudiate the Union, and 4)…
