MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

LEON, District Judge.

Before the Court is the defendant U.S. Capitol Police Board’s Motion for Sanctions. The defendant moves for sanctions under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11 and 28 U.S.C. § 1927 on the grounds that the plaintiff Kennieth Thompson (“Thompson”) and his counsel, Lolita and LaJuan Martin (“the Martins”), have made repeated and vexatious efforts to pursue allegations that the Court has ruled are barred by the statute of limitations, causing the Court and the defendant to unnecessarily expend resources on claims that counsel knew, or should have…
