MEMORANDUM-OPINION
J. WENDALL ROBERTS, Bankruptcy Judge.
This Adversary Proceeding was filed by the Plaintiff, Dr. Jane F. Wiczkowski (“Wiczkowski”), who seeks to have certain claims against the Defendant/Debtor, James D. Howes (“Debtor” or “Howes”), determined to be nondisehargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6). The claims at issue have not at this time been adjudicated. They are presently pending in the Jefferson Circuit Court, in an action that has been stayed by Debtor’s bankruptcy.
