Error to Wayne; Donovan, J. Assumpsit by Mary J. Duff against Henry C. Judson for breach of promise of marriage. A judgment for plaintiff is reviewed by defendant on writ of error.

This is an action to recover damages for an alleged breach of promise of marriage and seduction accomplished thereby. The plaintiff recovered a verdict and judgment for $1,250, and defendant has brought the record to this court for review upon writ of error.
