Error to Wayne; Van Zile, J. Case by Franciska Jaskolski against Theophile Morawski for breach of a promise of marriage accompanied by seduction. Judgment for plaintiff. Defendant brings error.

Plaintiff commenced this action against *326the defendant for damages for breach of promise to marry and seduction. There are two counts in the declaration. In the first count she alleges that the promise to marry was made on the 5th day of January, 1910, and on divers other occasions previous thereto, and that, relying on said promise, plaintiff had illicit connection with defendant. The second count is that on the 5th of January, 1910—
