WINTER, Circuit Judge:
Nu-Southern Dyeing & Finishing, Inc. and Henderson Combining Co., previously determined to be a single employer and hereafter called the “company,” were found by the Board to have violated §§ 8(a) (1) and 8(a) (5) of the National Labor Relations Act. 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 158(a) (1) and 158(a) (5). The Board’s order (179 NLRB No. 96) required the company to cease and desist from threatening employees with discrimination because of their union activities and from refusing to bargain in good faith with the union,1 to post the customary notices, and to bargain collectively with…
