SUMMARY ORDER

Plaintiffs Thomas D. Woodhams and Charlene Connors appeal the dismissal of their putative class-action complaint for failure to state a claim against defendants Allstate Fire and Casualty Company, Allstate Insurance Company, Allstate Indemnity Company, and Allstate Property and Casualty Insurance Company (collectively, “Allstate”). 1 See Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6).
