Hood, Judge * , as dismissed her amended complaint (“Amended Complaint” or “complaint”) against defendant Daniel F. Klessig, Ph.D., seeking damages for allegedly defamatory statements by Klessig impugning the accuracy and/or veracity of Chandok’s reports of the results of her biochemical research. In Chandok v.
