This case is part of the fallout from the residential mortgage crisis. The plaintiff, Oklahoma Police Pension and Retirement System, brings this putative class action against the defendant, U.S. Bank National Association (“U.S. Bank”), the trustee for fourteen trusts in which the plaintiff and the other members of the putative class invested (the “Covered Trusts”).
