C. W. Nance and others, doing business in the name of Nance Transfer Company, filed a suit in equity to enjoin William B. Harrison, Comptroller-general of Georgia, from enforcing the provisions of the act of the General Assembly approved March 31, 1931, known as the motor-carriers tax act. Ga. L. Fx. Sess. 1931, p. 63. After hearing evidence, the trial judge refused an injunction, and the plaintiffs excepted.
