This dispute arises out of the purchase by defendants Charles Loerch-Wilson and Luan M. Loerch-Wilson of a new home in a subdivision, complaints regarding the warranty repair work on the structure, and the enforcement of the restrictive covenants governing that subdivision. Plaintiffs, Colorado Homes, Ltd., I. Barry Rein, and Debra L. Rein, appeal from a partial summary judgment dismissing one claim and from other provisions of the judgment entered following a jury verdict.
