Plaintiff Angela Guarino appeals the district court’s dismissal of her claims against the brand-name manufacturers of the prescription drug Reglan, Wyeth LLC and Schwarz Pharma, Inc. (collectively, the “Brand Manufacturers”), and grant of summary judgment in favor of Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. (Teva), the manufacturer of its generic equivalent (metoclo-pramide), on her claims of negligence, strict liability, breach of warranty, misrepresentation and fraud, and negligence per se.
