TOWNSEND, District Judge.
Motion to remand. This action at law was brought to the superior court of the county of New London, in the state of Connecticut, by a writ returnable therein on the first Tuesday of November, 3895. A petition for removal to this court was filed on November 29, 1895, and was granted by the state court, and the transcript was duly filed in this court.
