This was an action of trespass to try title of certain land in Bell County, Texas, originally brought in the District Court of said county by Watson, the defendant in error, against the plaintiffs in error and one Anderson. The land claimed was described ih the'petition as a tract lying in said county of Bell, about fifteen miles northeast by north from the three forks of Little River, stating the boundaries.
